The Irvin Marvin Winer Memoral Mobile Obervatory, Inc. was incorporated in Maryland in December 1983. We received our Preliminary Ruling from the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code on May 8, 1984 and our Final Determination Letter was dated July 13, 1989. Our authorization to do business in the State of Arizona was filed by the Arizona Corporation Commission on August 14, 1990. We registered the trade name of 'Winer Observatory' in 2013.
