C 15-16 I2 Begin minute. Blank indicates no data.
C 17-18 A2 Commencement type. Decimal points in 17-18 indicate

C 19 A1 Commencement symbol, * if given, otherwise blank.
C 20 A1 First amplitude sign, minus sign or blank.
