The text of the developed draft of International Standard
"Space environment (natural and artificial). Earth's ionosphe-
re and plasmasphere. Model of distribution of density, tempe-
rature and effective collision frequency of electrons" (scope
of application, definition and notation, general statements,
structure of information presented in the tables) is contained
in a file draft.txt.

Tte tables of ionosphere and plasmasphere parameters are
contained in a file param.tbl. The correspondance of the table
numbers of output parameters (Ne, Te, Nu) and input data is
presented below.

The tabels of the ionosphere and pasmasphere papameters for
certain heliogeophysical conditions specified in the draft of
International Standard have been calculated with special
computer program. It permits to calculate ionospheric and
plasmaspheric parameters for intermediate conditions directly,
without using interpolation provided by the draft of Standard.
The developed program can be send to organizations (persons)
concerned on mutually beneficial conditions.

Any questions, suggestions and remarks on the draft of Inter-
national Standard "Space environment (natural and artificial).
Earth's ionosphere and plasmasphere. Model of distribution of
density, temperature and effective collision frequency of
electrons" are welcome. Please address to
