Unfortunately, Scale values, monthly tables of mean hourly values of
components and Base values for 1934 there are not in IZMIRAN archives.
Scale values for 1934 were calculated by Quiet days(Sq) and
Disturbet day(Sd) using Reference book for USSR magnetic variation field
for 11 years.*.
