Biography
Ryshkov V.M. was born on July 10th, 1956 in Kharkiv. In 1981 he graduated from O.M. Horky Kharkiv State University majoring in Finance and Credit. From 1974 to 1976 he did military service in the frontier troops. In 1980 he worked as accountant-expert at the Kharkiv Regional Branch of the State Court Account Examination Board.
In 1981 he is Deputy Chief Accountant of O.M. Horky Kharkiv State University, and from 1984 he is Chief Accountant of the University.
In 2009 he was appointed to the position of Vice-Rector for Economic Issues, Chief Accountant of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
In 1995 and 2006 he was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
