On April 5-7, 2016, the School of Sociology of Karazin University hosted the II round of the All-Ukrainian student contest in sociology with 42 students from 20 higher educational institutions of different regions of the country participating.

By the contest results, the first class diploma was awarded to the student of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ihor Shcherbak, the second class diploma — to the students from Zaporizhzhia National University and Ivan Franko Lviv National University, Oksana Kovtun, and Tetiana Prykhodko, and the representative of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Bohdan Dykan.

All the participants received commendations from Karazin University.
