Debate Club in French
On April 6, 2016, Karazin University held the first meeting of the Debate Club in French together with the lecturer of the Alliance Française, Jérôme Constantin. The event took place on the initiative of the Ukrainian-Francophone Academic Center.
The lecture was devoted to the Francophonie. Those present learnt about French speaking countries, and Hanan Huldi, a student from Morocco, presented her country, its culture and traditions.
The Ukrainian-Francophone Academic Center in cooperation with the Alliance Française (Kharkiv) is going to held such Debate Clubs on a regular basis. The next meeting will take place on April 13, 2016. Everyone who wants to speak French is welcome to attend. The level of French proficiency is of no importance.
