Development Psychology School Lab was founded atšthe School ofšPsychology inš2010 and isšašstructural subdivision ofšthe Department ofšGeneral Psychology ofšthe School ofšPsychology.

The Development Psychology Lab isšintended:

• tošimplement systems ofšresearch and scientific-methodological work inšterms ofšpersonality development matters into the process ofšundergraduate and postgraduate students? character building atšthe School ofšPsychology;
• tošorganize, coordinate, collect and circulate information onšhuman development psychology issues, particularly onšthe developmental teaching system;
• tošacquaint undergraduate and postgraduate students ofšSchool ofšPsychology with modern educational technologies, programs, methods and techniques, etc within the topics the Lab.

The main purpose ofšthe Development Psychology Laboratory isštošimprove the quality ofšeducation ofšundergraduate and postgraduate students ofšthe School ofšPsychology asšfuture professionals ofšthe theoretical and practical profiles byšinformationally and methodologically supporting the academic process and having students execute practical works.

Activity Scope ofšthe Lab:

• creation ofšašlibrary (electronic and paper) onšthe history ofšpsychological developmental technologies, particularly V.šV.šDavydov?D.šB. Elkonin developmental training systems (Kharkiv School).
• creation ofšašlibrary (electronic and paper) onšpedagogical innovations and technologies inšUkraine, Russia and other countries.
• development ofštraining aids and study guides onšpsychology ofšdevelopment ofšstudents and pupils.
• development ofšnew programs ofšpsychological trainings, developmental lessons, diagnostic techniques, etc within the topics ofšinterest ofšthe Lab.
• development ofšprograms onšpsychological monitoring ofšpersonality
• development and cognitive processes inšdifferent educational systems.
