The Department of International Business is headed by Ganna M. Kolomiest?, doctor of Economics, professor. Educational process is carried out by 4 professors, 6 associate professors and 4 lecturers.

Training of students is aimed at formation of communication, general economic and professional competences in international business.

Full-time students acquire: basic higher education and qualification of Bachelor of International Business (4 years of studies); complete higher education and qualification of Master (or Specialist) of International Business with deep knowledge of a foreign language, with the following specializations: International Business Management at the Macro-Level and International Business Management at the Micro-Level (normative term of studies is 1 year on the basis of Bachelor of International Business).

Part-time students acquire: Basic higher education and qualification of Bachelor of International Business (normative term of studies is 4 years); complete higher education and qualification of Specialist of International Business (normative term of studies is 1 year on the basis of Bachelor of International Business); or the second degree of specialist (normative term of studies is 2,5 years).

The main spheres of professional activity for the Department graduates are departments of foreign economic links of enterprises and organizations, specialized finance and investment firms, banking institutions, taxation and customs administrations, boards and subdivisions of state regulation authorities dealing with problems of foreign economic activity; higher educational institutions, colleges, technical colleges, lyceums; companies with foreign capital.

Excellent students have an opportunity to continue their studies and apply for postgraduate courses.
