Department of theoretical and applied system engineering was founded in 2005 and now is a part of the School of Computer Science in the Institute of High Technology of Karazin Kharkov National University. The main area of work in training high-qualified specialists for design, development and technical maintenance of complicated radioelectronics systems and computerized telecommunication complex systems.

Course of Studying:

The department provides education of high-qualified specialists in the sphere of development, management and maintenance of complicated computerized management systems in special subjects:

• computer systems of complicated radioelectronic complexes management;
• computer systems of complicated telecommunication systems management.

Subjects of special training:

A special feature of training is a specific set of special subjects based on the selected student specialization. The main special courses are:

• Computerized systems of control for complex radio-electronic and telecommunication sector;
• Basis of the information processing and transmission theory;
• Basis of designing control systems for complex radio-electronic and telecommunication systems.
