The European Light Pollution Symposium started yesterday in Dublin and will start in Armagh today (Thursday 17 September), too.
"There are some excellent speakers, on all aspects of the subject, as well as the latest information on what we can do to reduce the problem.
I'm sure many of you are planning to go, even if only on the Saturday, and/or for the trip to the Beaghmore Stone Circles & Alignments on Friday evening, which includes a meal at the An Creagan Centre, and, if clear, observing in one of the darkest sites in N.I." says Terry Moseley, one of the organizers.
