No. 1 Time (UT) 06:38 06:45 X-ray BP behaviour BP presented. BP reaches a peak in intensity. BP becomes weaker. Magnetic fragment behaviour Note

A simple bipolar region was involved. Start of the data set. A positive fragment moves towards a negative fragment and magnetic cancellation occurs. The cancelling positive fragment disappears. The BP repeats this fluctuation behaviour about every 25 minutes on average. The fluctuation always relates to magnetic cancellation with the cancellation site always near to major positive polarities, but sometimes only negative fragments move to the site, while at other times both polarities move and joint together.

The small BP disappeared. The main BP reaches its second highest intensity peak. The main BP reaches its highest intensity peak. One positive fragment at the west part disappears after cancellation with newly emerging negative fragments. The emerged negative fragments at 07:52 move closer to the positive polarities and cancellation occurs. The rest of the emerged negative fragments keeps moving towards positive polarities and cancelling. A few negative fragments disappear afterwards, leading to that BP fading again. Again it fades after the disappearance of a few negative fragments. Existing negative fragments keep cancelling, totally disappearing at 11:25, creating a few peaks in X-ray light curve of the BP.

the new born BP. 12:31 BP almost disappears in the region. Both positive polarities and the southwest negative polarities move towards each other. But there is no cancellation visually. The main BP is very faint but still visible. When some other negative fragments move closer to the positive fragments, it flares up again. Until the end of the data set, the positive polarities still exist, and the BP repeats its fluctuation.
