Scientific Administration

During the year, Gerry Doyle was involving in reviewing one Rolling Grant proposal, two PPARC Fellowships proposals, one PPARC Senior Fellowship proposal, two Solar System proposals, two Grid proposals and several PATT proposals. In addition, he was the external examiner for a PhD thesis in Cambridge plus another one in Manchester. He also attended several PPARC grant reviews, in particular, the CLRC Astronomy Rolling Grant Visiting Panel at RAL, the CLRC Technology Studies Rolling Grant Visiting Panel at RAL, the CRCL SoHO Post-Launch Review Panel in London and the MSSL SoHO Post-Launch Review Panel in London.
