P. 1664-1666. 1998AJ____115_1664N Informations. relative to: absolute reference frame: astrometric (see comments below) centre of frame: topocentre epoch of equinox: B1950.0 and J2000 (see comments) time scale: UTC reduction: PDSP plate reduction software (see comments below) coordinates: absolute diff. refraction: no information receptor: photographic telescope: Schmidt telescope, D = 1.05 m. observers: Nakamura T., Sasaki G. data included in standard data file: no Comments. 1. Positions in columns 5 - 10 (equinox B1950.0) are obtained directly from PDSP plate reduction software, so they are astrometric positions affected by the E-term of aberration. 2. Positions in columns 11 - 16 (equinox J2000.0) are astrographic positions free from the E-term of aberration, which were converted from B1950.0 to J2000.0 using the procedure recommended by the IAU Comission 20 Ad Hoc System Transition Committee (1990). The conversion formulae are basicallythe same as those seen in the Explanatory Supplement to the Astronomical Almanac (Standish et al. 1992). 3. Values in the column 17, 18 are the formal standard deviations of the residuals in the plate solutuion. Format. 1.
