Comments.
         1. Positions in columns 5 - 10 (equinox B1950.0)
            are obtained directly from PDSP plate
            reduction software, so they are astrometric positions affected
            by the E-term of aberration.
         2. Positions in columns 11 - 16 (equinox J2000.0) are astrographic
            positions free from the E-term of aberration, which were
            converted from B1950.0 to J2000.0 using the procedure
            recommended by the IAU Comission 20 Ad Hoc System
            Transition Committee (1990). The conversion formulae are
            basicallythe same as those seen in the Explanatory
            Supplement to the Astronomical Almanac (Standish et al. 1992).
         3. Values in the column 17, 18 are the formal standard deviations
            of the residuals in the plate solutuion.
