Comments.
            1. The FK4/B1950.0 positions of the ACRS reference stars were used.
               To obtain the positions given in the table, the FK4/B1950.0 
               positions of the satellites were processed to the J2000.0 frame
               by the transformations given in the IAU Commisson 20 
               Conversion to FK5/J2000.0.   
            2. Uncertainties are formal standard deviations from the solution
            in the two coordinates, computed as the quadratic sum of the
            formal standard deviations for the plate solutions
            (one for the CCD data and two for the plates).
