Practical Information:


  • Registration fee is 200 euro for foreign participants and 20 euro for
    those from Russian institutes. Fee is payable in cash at the
    registration desk. We can directly bill home institutions of the
    Russian participants. At the moment we have not technical possibilities
    for the payment via credit card, but we are working on this problem
    and hope to solve it by the early November.

  • Conference participants are expected to make their own hotel
    reservations. Please refer to our hotel page.

  • Foreign participants and accompanying family members need to obtain
    Russian visa (see our visa information page)

  • The cost of the dinner for accompanying persons is 20 euro;
    the payment can be made at the registration desk.
