Practical Information:


  • The deadline for asbtract submission is November 15.
  • Your name and affilation as entered in the form will appear on the badge.


  • Conference registration fee is 200 euro for foreign participants and
    20 euro for those from Russian institutions (reduced fee subsidized by
    Russian Academy of Sciences). The fee can be paid by cash (rubles)
    during the registration. There is an ATM in the IKI building you can use
    to get cash in rubles and there are many ATMs in the city.

  • Conference participants are expected to make their own hotel
    reservations. Please refer to our hotel page.

  • Foreign participants and accompanying family members need to obtain
    Russian visa (see our visa information page)


  • The cost of the dinner is included in the conference fee.
    The cost of the dinner for accompanying persons is 20 euro.
