* Alpha 9
- Add syntax highlighting for C# and Boo, contributed by Mikael Lyngvig.
- Fix the display of a symbolic link's target when it is added to the non-current
panel by a refresh.
- Fix opposite panel becoming turned off when a full width panel is hidden with Ctrl-O/Esc.
- Leave top line directory indicator on the appropriate side of the panel
instead of moving it to the middle so you can tell which panel it is.
- Still use the other panel as the default copy/move target instead of behaving
like it had been turned off.
- Fix mouse operation when the right panel is made full width.
- Add Full Width option to the menu.
- Ctrl-W in dialog field would copy the cursor position to the end of line to the
clipboard if the cursor wasn't on a word.
- Fix reading TAR archives containing files >2GB.
- Support boolean expressions in the syntax.ini file for file masks.
- Add improved support for .tar.gz archives.
