- Fix handling of media mounted on a mount point with spaces in the name.
This can happen when things like USB drives have spaces in their volume name
which is used as the mount point directory.
- Add ability to paste to a program running in the console with Shift-Insert.
- Syntax Highlighter: Enable word characters to be redefined for each state.
- File Find: If no code page is specified for the Containing search, use the
default text code page rather than the console code page.
