Some changes concerning conference fee and social program were caused by financial instability.

The Conference Fee is deducted to 200 Euro for foreign participants and includes issue of Official Invitation Letter approved by Russian Emigration Authorities, coffee-breaks and abstract and program books.

The reduced Conference Fee is deducted to 1500 Russian rubles for participants from Russia and includes coffee-breaks and abstract and program books.

During the conference hours the coffee-breaks will be served and lunch-time will be reserved.

Additional fee will apply for conference dinner and excursion program arranged by Organizing Committee for interested parties.

The Conference Fee can be paid in cash during the on-site registration at a Conference place or in advance by bank transfer (bill on request).

The Organizing Committee makes every possible afford to reduce the Conference Fees for the participants and to enhance the social program of the Conference. With all our respect to foreign participants we are forced to announce the given amounts due to very long and expensive procedure of the issue of the Official Invitation Letter approved by Russian Emigration Authorities. The Organizing Committee hopes for understanding and will be grateful for any assistance in getting financial support for the Conference organization.

Very limited financial support in the form of the Conference Fee waiver will be provided for about 10 persons. Those, who wish to apply for a Conference Fee waiver must be the principal author of their contribution, must submit an abstract, and indicate the appropriate line in the registration form. Each waiver awardee will be notified after the decision has been made.
