Most of UNIVERSAT-2006 participants will need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Please contact Russian Embassy or Consulate well in advance of the Conference dates. The LOC will send the Official Invitation Letters (the only document providing the possibility to apply for visa) to those participants who indicate the necessity for it in their registration. Please take into account that LOC needs about 2 months to provide this Official Invitation Letter. For those who need the invitation letters confirming their participation in the UNIVERSAT-2006 meeting for other purposes (like funding or booking) the letters of such kind will be easily issued on the request. |
