The Astronomical Circular (Astronomicheskii Tsirkulyar) is published online by the Eurasian Astronomical Society and Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Moscow State University. We accept brief communications (2-3 pages, in Russian or in English) requiring prompt publication (new observations, discoveries of novae, supernovae, comets, asteroids, etc.) or novel theoretical results. All papers are refereed.
All published papers are indexed in the SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System.
Editorial Board:
V.M. Chepurova, N.N. Chugaj, V.N. Obridko, M.E. Prokhorov, G.M. Rudnitskij(Chief Editor), N.N. Samus' (Co-Editor), G.V. Yakunina (Secretary).

Starting from AC No.1559, each paper is published as a separate issue.
