Source near to an image edge. (Bit 7)

Any point-source whose centre lies within 12/binx pixels from an image edge (non sky-images) is flagged as as being close to an image edge.

Any extended source that has a pixel adjacent to an edge (as determined by the source pixel map that omdetect constructs for each source) is also flagged as being close to an edge.

Additionally, any source that is close to one of the four corners of the OM field of view is also flagged as being close to an edge. The criterion for doing this is-

If any source lies outside a radius of 1300 pixels from a point centred on x=979.2 and y=1016.0 then is is flagged. This point and radius was determined from visual inspection of many OM full-frame images.
