Version 13 of the MOS bad pixels CCFs intends mostly to mask in the SAS (i.e. onground only)
the defects (highpHA hot pixels) created by the impact of the micrometeorite in rev 325 on MOS1
CCD6 and 7. It also incorporates some hot pixels that have developed with the last solar flares.
Version 14, is a replication of the update of the onboard table of bright pixels, uploaded at the
start of rev 361. Therefore the only difference with version 13 is that some pixels that were masked
onground (''H'' in CCF) are now masked onboard (''h'' in CCF)

4 Estimated Scientific Quality
5 Expected Updates
Whenever there is a new release of badpixels for onboard the CCF file will be updated. Notuplinked
bad pixels which are found to be stable should be added in the future.
