Galaxy distribution in our survey area. A total of about 710,000
galaxies are shown here. Each galaxy is represented
as a point with intensity proportional to dex(-0.4*m) where m is the isophotal
I-band magnitude. Blank rectangular areas are regions excluded due to
the presence of bright stars. When these excluded regions are subtracted,
the survey area becomes 14.7 square degrees.
