Notes: Rooms are limited at the Doubletree Inn at The Colonnade and Cross Keys Inn. A shuttle will be provided for guests at the Colonnade and Cross Keys hotels. The Colonnade is within walking distance of the Institute. After April 1, 1998, STScI must release unused rooms back to the hotel. After this date you must call the hotel directly and availability can not be guaranteed. A deposit must be made in US dollars made payable to the appropriate hotel, not STScI.
