The main topics of my current research interests include:

1) Accretion onto Compact Objects. This includes the physics of the accretion process

and various aspects of the physics of Cataclysmic Variables, AGN, X-Ray Binaries.

2) The Evolution of a variety of Binary Systems, with particular interest in the Com-

mon Envelope Phase.

3) The Shaping of Planetary Nebulae and other Axisymmetric Outflows.

4) Galaxies in Clusters.

5) Type Ia Supernovae.

6) Jets.

7) Gamma Ray Bursts.
