In addition to the SMOV proposals for WFPC2 and NICMOS, this SMS
contains the periodic activation of the FOC F48 detector.

* Realtime Commanding Support *
*********************************

STIS CCD TEC temperature setting

On day 054 16:47:00, we modified the CCD TEC setpoint to a value
of 40 (= -83 degC). We will closely monitor the TEC temps
after this, and if they are not "well behaved" we may require a
realtime adjustment or a realtime TEC turnoff. The OPS request
will originate from the Institute. We understand that COP 18.17
already exists to handle this contingency.

* Non-standard SI reconfigurations *
**************************************

The STIS continues throughout this SMS in its non-standard
operate state with the CCD detector flushing and the MAMA detector
power supplies on.

After executing another set of contamination monitoring
observations, the WFPC2 will be transitioned into a non-standard
decon state. The TECs will be off, the CCD heater and heatpipe
heater will be on, the shutter will be closed and the F785LP filter
will be in the beam. We exit the SMS in this state.
