Phase I Procedure
Reviewer assignments are being finalized by CS Leads Reviews collected from INS+ODM: ODM: schedulability issues (also ToOs) INS: science/technical feasibility issues (also CAL) INS/ODM vett reviews Comments to MO and SPD for review and discussion (inappropriate comments stripped) Comments are finalized for the TAC TAC panels receive copies at meeting Notification sent to PI's Copies of accepted phase I's to teams for answering PI questions


Phase I - II Transition
Prime instrument assignments for database... (SBC always prime. Brett: 2.2% of all requested are SBC orbits.) CS assignments for all accepted programs according to expertise/availability of ISs Phase II deadline (May 13) PCs process proposals ("verification": duplications spotted, program errors corrected) PCs identify those requiring fast reviews and notify csreview forwarding accounts PCs will withold impossibly fast reviews and will ask for new plan windows, if possible. LRP is completed (~Jun 17). Weekly reports show status. Some quick reviews will be required since June-July calendar is looming. Cycle 14 begins
