RMT LTD introduces new line of Optical
Units suitable for designing of portable gas analyzers. The principle
of operation is based on selective absorption of IR emission by gas molecules.
The differential double frequency optical scheme provides high accuracy in a wide range of humidity and wide temperature range due to application of thermo-stabilization. Aspiration and diffusion options are available. The optical units are provided with mini-printed circuit board (PCB) with surface mounted elements and preamplifiers. It allows to apply the units in OEM application designs. Customer demanded optional units are also available as well as designing
of complete optional gas analyzers.

The Gas Cell
is intended for IR absorption-optical gas analyser which operation bases
on selective absorption of IR emission by the material molecules. The Gas
Cell consists of opto-pair and cell for gases.
One of detectors of the opto-pair has the sensitivity range within absorption
band of analysed gas (near 3.2 microns for CH4; 3.4 microns
for CnHm and 4.26 microns for CO2). The
other one serves for control and his the maximum sensitivity lies far from
the range of absorption of tested gases.
The high selectivity of measurements comes about through the interference filters mounted in the unit. The filters provide the narrow spectral range of the detector sensitivity (near 20 nm). The differential double frequency optical scheme provides high accuracy in a wide range of humidity and wide temperature range without using stabilization. |
