2-4 MC06 Series of Multi-Stage Coolers

Designed for cooling and thermostabilization of microchips, IR instruments and elements of semiconductor quantum electronics. Due to the use of Czochralski grown single crystals, MC microcoolers provide an increased dTmax and more cooling capacity. TE Coolers are compatible with components of microelectronics by space and power requirements.
