Hunger is a simple feeling: when your body needs some energy for normall and full functioning, our brains just senda few signals and we begin looking for something to eat... The great majority of scientists say that the right way of eating is when you begin sating when you really want, and end this process when the feeling of hunger disappears. It seems so easy at first, however a human is an incredible creature. I mean that every ordinary thing is thought to be unrealizable for most of the people, and, as a result, can't be done. So, tendency to corpulence and obesity itself, the raising level of people with heart problems, high pressure and diabetes becomes usual things nowadays. But still, how do people manage not to fulfil this simple rule?
Firstly, as doctors suppose, the problem is in the enterpritations of such a notion as "hunger" and "eating". There are lots of ways the doctor's recomendation can be understood, and your body don't understand when it is hungry and when it's sensible to stop. The problem is redoubled with the fact that some people try to suppress negative feelings with effective and easy method. That's why these people eat more often and more abundant (even if they don't want to) when they are nervous or afraid of something. This mess with the definitions gave the birth to tradition of naiming every need of the body a hunger, no matter whether it is emotional or physical necessity.
All in all, scientists can say nothing, while relying on our own body, whose feelings are totally unbalanced, will have no effect on the weight. There's only one way out - try to hang on the rule "if i don't want to eat - i don't eat" for a week. Then try to understand your feelings and control the situation (i mean the ability to stop on time). Everything depends on your wish!
