DICE: initial ISR conjunction radar operations

DICE is a two (identical) spacecraft mission each with Langmuir probe (Ne, Te), a vector magnetometer (Bx, By, Bz), and a wire boom electric field probe (Ex, Ey, Ez). DICE has only recently overcome several comm and attitude spin issues and they have an urgent need to validate their in-situ measurements prior to entering an unfavorable thermal situation (due to seasonal solar heating). The DICE spacecraft embedded computers have a known reset problem when overheated from the sun.
