2004 March: I received a note from a company that provides "training" and advice on living in Puerto Rico. They particularly mention the problem of relocating family. I don't have any personal experience with them. There may be others as well. There are also relocation services that will do some of the legwork for you.

Relocation Counseling & Consulting (787) 365-8348. Their web site is gone (it's now a Japanese LASIK company), so I'm guessing they're gone, but there are probably others.
