Dear conference participants,
We received a significant number of requests for talks, and the SOC was very impressed by the quality of the submitted abstracts.
Given the factor of two over-subscription, we were forced to award many excellent presentations to poster status. The provisional
schedule is here:

There is now a link to conference registration and dinner payment off of the main website. If you have been provisionally awarded
a talk then you should complete full registration by July 31 in order to guarantee your spot in the program. If your travel plans
have changed and you are no longer able to attend the meeting then please inform the organizers as soon as possible so that we can
offer your position to someone else.

All other submitted abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation at this time, but will be reconsidered for talks if any
slots become free. Anyone else wishing to present a poster should submit an abstract no later than July 31. In addition to the poster,
poster presenters are invited to create a single PDF slide advertising the poster (style of your choice: e.g. it may just be a
scaled-down version of the poster, or the most important figure, photo of the presenter, etc.); these slides will be cycling on loop
in the auditorium during breaks and lunch times. For those pre-registered participants who no longer plan to attend and have not yet
informed us, it would be helpful if you let us know so that we can prepare for the catering.

Accommodations: For those wishing to stay at the nearby Churchill College, we encourage you to contact Karen Scrivener
(karen@mrao.cam.ac.uk) as soon as possible as there are only a limited number of rooms available there. If she confirms that there are
still places available, then you can reserve this option through the payment form linked to the website. Otherwise, Cambridge has a
large number of accommodation options within the city and most of these have access to regular public transportation for getting to
the conference venue. However, we highly recommend that you book early as September is a busy month here and many places fill up quickly.
