Clustered Nested Sampling: Efficient Bayesian Inference for Cosmology
CosmoClust is an efficient implementation of John Skilling’s method of nested sampling which calculates the Bayesian evidence for cosmological model selection. It is incorporated into the popular CosmoMC parameter space sampler for convenience.
We have implemented CosmoClust into the latest version of CosmoMC, the archive file for which is available here.
