A precise knowledge of spatial distribution, level and frequency
spectrum of the Galactic Diuse Background is essential in mea-
surements of the CMB to subtract its contribution to the sky
signal collected by the antenna. Because data in literature do not
have the necessary accuracy, CMB observation must include ad
hoc measurements of the galactic foreground. We present new
measurements of the spectral index of the galactic diuse radia-
tion between 0.6 and 2.5 GHz made by TRIS, a set of three ra-
diometers we use to look for deviations from a Planck distribution
in the spectrum of the CMB at frequencies close to 1 GHz.
