rst results and future hopes

New results on the low frequency boundary of the "Galaxy
Window" are given using RATAN-600 high resolution multi-
frequencies observations. It is shown, that this window is broader
than expected before, and this is a good news for ground based
CMBA projects. The eфciency of new "super-aperture" method
is demonstrated, which helps greatly in suppression of the at-
mosphere noise and in ltration of the confusion noise. PRE-
PLANCK activity at RATAN-600 and preparation to POST-
PLANCK observations of the secondary CMBA will be de-
scribed (CMBA polarisation, ability to use RATAN-600 as "SZ-
MACHINE" etc). We suggest the best region on the scale-
frequency plane for future generation POST-PLANCK experi-
ments and possible ways to go ahead in the temperature res-
olution. Also, using Starobinskij et al suggestions, we demon-
strate, how the age estimations of parent stellar systems in HZ
RG can be used to nd the value of the  and even evolution of
the equation of state, w(z). 60 multicolor images of HZ RG were
obtained in the BIG TRIO Russian-USA program (RATAN-600,
VLA, 6m-Russian telescope cooperation) , with 40 published by
others groups, were used to nd  term from the Age(z). First
result gave the value 0.8. We suggest, that this way may be added
to SNR way - the last one gives H0 , HZ RG way- H(z) behaviour.
