Update: August 2004

NIFS is being rebuilt following the January 2003 bushfire by Auspace Ltd. in collaboration with the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics of the Australian National University. The designs and several major components were saved. Auspace is managing the out-sourcing of the construction and is working with RSAA staff to integrate and test the instrument.
