Visa
Registered participants are asked to fill this inquiry form and send it to Pierre Dehornoy before February 15th. We will then send you a letter of invitation issued by the Independent University of Moscow. Beware that for non-European participants, the preparation of a formal invitation letter takes about one month, so contact us well ahead of time. With this letter, you can apply for a scientific visa for a short-term visit.
Conference venue
The conference will take place at the Independent University of Moscow, located Большой Власьевский переулок 11 (see a closer map).
Lodging
Participants will be hosted at the guesthouse of the Higher School of Economics, situated at улица Вавилова 7 (see a closer map), from April 26th to April 30th (with possibilities of extension). The typical time taken from the guesthouse to reach the university by using local transports (underground) is approximately 30-40 minutes.
Social Dinner
A social dinner is planned for Tuesday, April 28th (TBA).
