Dnepr launch vehicle carrying TanDEM-X satellite successfully blasted off from Baikonur Cosmodrome on 21 June 2010 at 6:14:03, Moscow time.

Successful Launch of PRISMA and PICARD Satellites
On June 15, 2010 at 18:42:16 Moscow time (14:42:16 UTC) a launch of Dnepr launch vehicle with PRISMA spacecraft (Swedish Space Corporation) and PICARD spacecraft (French Space Agency - CNES) onboard was performed from Yasny launch base located in  Orenburg region, Russia.

International Space Company Kosmotras is Preparing Cluster Launch from Yasny Launch Base

Swedish Space Corporation’s (SSC) PRISMA and French Space Agency’s (CNES) PICARD satellites have been delivered to the Yasny launch base.

Preparation of Launch Campaign at Yasny Launch Base
Shipment of Swedish Space Corporation’s (SSC) Prisma and French Space Agency’s (CNES) Picard satellites to the Yasny Launch Base is scheduled for 19th and 21th May 2010 respectively. Both satellites will be delivered to space by a Dnepr launch vehicle. The scheduled launch date is 15th June 2010.
