Format of the Conference

The language of the conference is English and Russian. If your oral presentation will be in Russian, we recommend you to prepare your slides in English. It is supposed that Proceedings of the Conference will be published soon after the end of the Conference. So, to accelerate the publishing the volume of the Proceedings we kindly ask authors to submit full paper just before or during the conference. Each paper (no more than 5 pages) should be prepared according to the Rules for the authors and the Example which can be downloaded HERE.
