Abstracts
Registration
It is expected that participants will arrive October 14, 2001. Conference Registration Desk in the Hotel "Druzhba" will be open between 17.00 and 22.00 on October 14 and during the conference. The registration fee is US$ 200. It includes transportation from Moscow Airport to Chernogolovka and back, accommodation, coffee breaks, social events and volumes of the Proceedings. The fee for accompanying persons is US$ 200 including social events. The registration fee will be accepted in cash in Chernogolovka during the registration of the participants. The Organizing Committee kindly asks the participants to change in advance their money into US dollars for paying cash.
Conference Address
The Conference session will be held in the Conference Hall located in the Hotel "Druzhba" in vicinity of Chernogolovka.
Transportation
Not later than 3 days before the arrival the participants wishing to be met at the Moscow Airport Sheremetyevo-2 should inform the Organizing Committee by E-mail or fax on the exact flight number, date and time of arrival. On October 14 (Sunday) please find in the arriving hall of the Moscow International Airport Sheremetyevo-2 the desk of the Organizing Committee, at which you will receive a transportation assistance to Chernogolovka (inside the arriving hall there are also rent car and rent taxi offices). It is expected that the participants will arrive on October 14 and depart on October 20 (in the afternoon). Transportation at this schedule will not require extra charge. In all other cases extra payment might be necessary.
Accomodation
Participants will be accommodated in the hotel "Druzhba" situated near Chernogolovka. Price of a single room per night per person will not exceed 40 US$, price of a twin room will not exceed 30 US$. Some participants will be kindly asked to share twin rooms at lower price in the two-room apartments.
Visa and Passport
All foreign visitors in Russia must have a valid passport. To get the entry visa in due time, the participants are kindly asked to inform the Organizing Committee not later than June 15, 2001 preferably by E-mail or fax of the following information: full name(s), birth date, passport No, copy of the first page of passport, the dates of arrival in and departures from Russia, itinerary inside Russia, fax, E-mail. The same information should be given for accompanying persons.
Money exchange
In the Moscow Airport there are banks and currency exchange offices. There are banks and exchange offices in Moscow downtown area and Chernogolovka. At present there are no special regulation in currency exchange between rubles and foreign currency.
Climate
The temperature in the second decade of October can be approximately +5-+10° C, therefore raincoat is recommended.
