Explanation:

Separate file should be filled for every person who needs Russian visa.
Use name of every file with Family Name and country, for example
"ap14visa_Smit_Italy".

Change the text written in red only. (After filling change colour of the
text to "Auto")

Do not change anything written in black.

Use only format DD.MM.YYYY. for any date.
In #16 the dates are written +2 days before and +2 days after the dates of
arrival/departure. Longer duration is not possible. If you want visa for
shorter time you may diminish this period.

Write case sensitive. You have to use usual case of letters: capital
letters should be used only in the adequate places. TO USE ONLY CAPITAL
LETTERS IS WRONG.

Write actual data in file of every person in every cell. No any reference
to other files or cells.

1. To write all family names (as in passport).
2. To write all first names (as in passport).
3. Do not fill.
4. Male or Female.
5. Date of birth in format DD.MM.YYYY.
6. At first the main Citizenship, then - the others (if any).
7. Place of birth should include the settlement of birth (even if it is not
written in Passport).

13. Position at work or study (write "student" for any contestant).
14. Issued by: to write as written in Passport.
15-18. Do not change (except, maybe required dates for visa).

Colored scan (photocopy) of the main two pages of the passport, i.e. with
photo, signature, personal data and issuing data (in *.jpg format, at least
150 dpi resolution) should be enclosed, one should point the name of file
here, please, use the name of the file as

"Pas-Family_of_Participant.jpg". Please, save 300dpi resolution image in
format *.jpg only, and not *.pdf, not *.bmp, not *.tif, etc.

If some information appears wrong and you have to change it, please, do the
both procedures:
i. Write where the incorrect data (what was written) should be replaced by
correct data (write correct data).
ii. Resend the new correct file with the personal data.
