Logistic information


Registration
To enter the IKI building you need to register at the special Entrance Gate
(marked with RSCGSO sign) and a passport is required. A badge for the
duration of the workshop will be issued at the Registration Desk, the Desk
will be open for pre-registration on Sunday, June 10 19:00 hrs to 21 hrs
and as of Monday, June 11 at 8:00 hrs am. Please do not hesitate to contact
the conference Registration Desk for any questions you may have.

Uploading of Presentations
Please provide a copy of your presentation in MS PowerPoint format during
the registration to a person at the Presentation Check-in Desk according to
your session (A, B or C). After the registration you may upload you
presentation to the computer in the session room.

ATM
An ATM (cash machine) is available at IKI. Please ask people at the
Information Desk to accompany you to this ATM.

Coffee Breaks
Coffee and tea during the scheduled programme breaks will be served in the
Dining room.

Lunch
Lunch breaks are scheduled at 13.00 hrs Monday, June 11 through Thursday,
June 14 and optionally Friday, June 15

Parking
Special parking places could be reserved for the symposium participants.
Please ask for instructions at the Information Desk.

PC Use
Internet-connected PC's will be available in the Internet area (see the
attached scheme). Wireless network will be available in the conference
area.

June 12 Visit to Russian Space Industry. Bus will depart from the
Metropol hotel at 07:30. Ask for departure times from other
hotels at the Information Desk
19:00 IKI presentation and party
June 13 19:00 Conference Dinner at the Russian Academy of Sciences
restaurant,

located at 32a, Leninsky prospect. Departure from
IKI by bus at 18:00
June 14 16:30 Concert of arising Opera Singers / Wine party at IKI
19:00 Moscow Circus located at 13, Tsvetnoy blvd

Taxi
If you need a taxi please contact the Information Desk.

Transportation
The best way of public transport in Moscow is Metro (the subway). Please
find the instructions on the Metro routes between IKI and the various
Moscow hotels on the Symposium website and in your conference kit. Shuttle
bus service will be organized between most hotels and IKI. Bus schedule is
available at the Information Desk.
