The following is the list of apparent close approaches of Near-Earth Asteroids
to the UCAC2 catalog stars. Only those phenomena are selected that have an
apparent distance (Dist) between the objects less than 10 arcseconds and the
magnitude (m) difference less than 1. Other notations are as follows:
AV - apparent angular velocity of the asteroid (arcsec/min); PA - position
angle of its apparent motion (reckoned counterclockwise from the direction to
the North Pole); A - azimuth; h - altitude (the last three values in degrees).
