The Limited Liability Company, Scientific - Production Firm ENERGIA - SERVIS, was established in 1991 with the participation of the Experimental Machine - building Plant, S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation ENERGIA, concurrently with the output of the first food processors йо1580E under the SANYO'S license. At that time market relations in Russia were in their infancy, a total deficit and hyperinflation were prevailing. Ten years ago in the period of goods famine, hardly anyone thought of services in the output of the first products, however, ZAO ZEM RSC ENERGIA had taken quite a far - sighted decision to assign service department as a separate subdivision with no dependence upon consumer goods manufacture and technical inspection department. The service department was supplemented with the best specialists from the computer - aided manufacturing department, who knew thoroughly the enterprise core business and had acquired a broad experience both in production and management activities. The service department has stood the test of time, proved its viability and flexibility in resolving all the problems it is facing.

Over the 13-year period we have transformed from the warranty service shop into a large service department, which deals not only with the warranty and postguarantee service of the products labelled ENERGIA; but also acts as an authorized dealer of ZAO ZEM for selling household appliances. Also we have created the shop network throughout Russia and CIS countries.

In so doing, consumer interests come first rather than financial indicators, because close interaction with the manufacturing plant, design office and process department, the enterprise-wide technical inspection department allows to perform product quality analysis, respond quickly to threshold of defective articles towards its reduction, remove all defects during introducing products into full-scale production.
Another job, the service department is concerned with, is to do some marketing research on determining consumer properties of the products and making this data available to the manufacturing plant.
