  • Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RSA SRI);
  • Special Design Bureau of Space Instrument Engineering attached to RSA SRI;
  • Research laboratory ROSTO, Kaluga Town;
  • Institute for Earth's Magnetism, Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation of the Rissian Academy of Sciences (IZMIRAN);
  • Nuclear Physics Research Institute, Moscow State University after M.V. Lomonosov;
  • Nuclear Power Institute and others.

Interregional public organization Microsatellite (IPO MS) established on a non-profit basis and made up of the first project participants is expected to be a coordinator of the activities.
