1. Full-Time Tuition - 26 academic hours per week:

Other Periods (4 weeks minimum): US$ 170 a week

2. Part-Time Tuition - 18 academic hours per week:

Other Periods (4 weeks minimum): US $ 140 a week

Russian Language Summer Programmes

July – August 2015

1 Full-Time Tuition (24 academic hours per week)   US $ 215 per week

2. Part-Time Tuition (20 academic hours per week)  US $ 190 per week

NOTE: 1 academic hour = 40 minutes

General Terms of Payment

1. Tuition fees should be paid in advance before the course commences.

2. Money can be transferred into the account indicated by the IRLC or paid in cash to the bank in Moscow. All bank charges and other operational expenses such as currency exchange commissions or cheque encashment, etc., are borne by the payer.

3. Course fees are calculated according to complete weeks, including weeks with public holidays.

4. If a student withdraws from a course, we regret that no refund can be made for the session commenced.

5. Administrative fee – 80 $ US.

6. The cost of the health insurance for 12 months is up to 200 $ US.

ACCOMMODATION

The students of the IRLC live in different hostels of the MSU, 2 – 5  students in one room.

The accommodation costs up to 300 $ US a month for each person.

The accommodation fees may change during the academic year.

Accommodation fees are not included in tuition fees and are paid for separately on the basis of a contract with the MSU hostel administration.

All payments in Russia  are made in roubles in accordance with the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
